INSPECTION REPORTS A thorough, detailed report, clearly written and well illustrated with crisp color photos will point out any problem areas, and will be available the same day as the inspection. Reports are uploaded to a secure website where they can be viewed by you and your agent (with your permission). The reports can be printed from the website, and forwarded to a third party. Reports are also available in PDF format.

My reports use lots of photos, using them to convey any issues quite clearly when I go through the inspection summary with the client and Realtor on site.
