On the first visit, he inspected the house interior and exterior, including roof/gutters, attic, and under porch and deck. “Ken paid two visits to our property - a 1958 Mid-Century architect designed house. On the first visit he covered the exterior, interior and roof of the house, taking notes, and recording items of interest with a camera. He integrated the images into his report which he created- on site, on his laptop. When he completed the report, he walked us around the property to talk us through his observations. He had to make a second visit to access the attic space and the very confined crawl space to check for leaks, and the integrity of the moisture barrier. His report was subsequently updated, and uploaded for on-line access.
